Based at Center for Climate Studies in Patagonia. Set curriculum in climate change, geology, coastal and alpine ecology. Directed research project. Students are encouraged to apply for SFS scholarships.

Courses on Public Health and traditional Chilean medical practice; language course in Spanish for Health Sciences; independent study project. Academic excursion to Tacna, Peru.
